Measures to support accessibility
Invacare is taking the following measures to help ensure accessibility of invacare.com
- Assigning clear accessibility goals and responsibilities,
- Auditing all online content, and
- Developing a new accessible website
- Conformance Goals
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Our goal is to provide a global website that conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
We are currently developing a new WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant website that will launch in 2025.
