Working with IID is also as stress-free as the spaces we create. With a dedicated Project Coordinator assigned to every new job, we are able to see everything through from concept to completion. We will take care of issuing purchase orders for all materials; track delivery dates; coordinate warehousing; and manage installation, keeping the client informed of the project's status along the way. Upon delivery and installation, IID's Project Coordinators provide detailed product and warranty information, cleaning instructions and fire retardancy documentation.
